Jeff has been a real estate agent for the last 40+ years. He assembled the team when he realized people needed a one-stop-shop for real estate needs. Jeff wants his customers and tenants to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. To do that, he brought the best in the business under one roof!

Julie Parker, Office Administrator

Julie is the office manager, but has a passion for flipping houses. She has a knack for finding properties whose value has the potential to increase exponentially! It also means she has a great eye and lots of connections to contractors, landscapers and anyone else you might need to buy cheaper and sell for a profit! With her over 41 years as an escrow office manager, Julie knows both sides of a transaction and can make the transaction flow smoothly.

Edgar Ibarra, Site Manager

Edgar has played an important role in the ongoing success of the management team. Edgar speaks Spanish and has extensive experience in all forms of construction and is a specialist in electrical, as well as framing, plumbing and roofing. Edgar heads our construction and renovation teams for all our properties.

Marie Dannelley, Sales and Leasing

Marie joins our team to complete our sales and leasing team. She is a licensed real estate agent with over 80 years of real estate experience supporting her. She is capable of completing any size or type of transaction anywhere in California. Marie is also an active NOTARY PUBLIC.

Dave Latifzada, Customer Service

Dave comes on board with experience in renovation and customer service. Dave is multi-lingual in Spanish, so there's no worry about having a communication breakdown creating fear because of a lack of understanding. Dave is patient and will make you feel comfortable in explaining every step of our various processes with you.
